This instance is independently hosted and operated by Daniil Salnykov. It is strictly for personal use and is not affiliated with Gitroom Limited or Gitroom LLC, the original developers of the open-source software.

Because this Service is a private instance with a single user (the operator), it does not collect personal data from the public. The only data processed is the operator's own data, which includes:

• Connected Platform Data: OAuth access tokens and metadata required to publish to third-party APIs (such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.).
• Content: Text, images, videos, and schedules uploaded by the operator to be published.

3. Third-Party Integrations

When connecting a third-party social account, data is transmitted to that platform’s API to facilitate content publishing. The Service integrates with these platforms in accordance with their respective privacy policies and developer terms (e.g., the TikTok Terms of Service and Privacy Policy).

4. AI-Assisted Features

If AI features within the Postiz software are utilized to generate text or media, the operator's prompts may be transmitted to third-party model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). No public user data is involved in these generations.

5. Data Sharing and Security

Data stored on this private instance is not sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers or the original developers of Postiz. It is exclusively stored on the operator's private infrastructure and transmitted only to the third-party platforms the operator explicitly connects.
