Welcome to this private, self-hosted instance of Postiz (the "Service"). This Service is independently hosted, operated, and maintained by Daniil Salnykov. It is a private application and is not affiliated with, maintained by, or hosted by Gitroom Limited or Gitroom LLC.

This Service is intended exclusively for personal, internal use by the operator to manage, schedule, and publish content to connected third-party social media platforms.

2. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

The core function of this Service is to publish content to third-party platforms. By authenticating and connecting any third-party account to this Service, the user agrees to comply with that platform's respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• TikTok: By connecting a TikTok account, you agree to comply with the TikTok Terms of Service.

The operator of this Service is not responsible for the availability, behavior, or content moderation decisions of any third-party platform.

3. Acceptable Use

Because this is a private instance, access is restricted to the administrator. The Service must not be used to publish unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or explicit content, nor to send spam, engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, or violate the platform rules of any connected third-party network.

4. Data, Privacy, and AI Features

All data, content, and credentials managed through this self-hosted Service are stored on private infrastructure. No personal data or content is shared with the original creators of the Postiz software. Data is only transmitted to third-party APIs (such as TikTok) as explicitly authorized by the user to fulfill the scheduling and publishing functions of the app. If AI-assisted features are utilized within the Service, prompts may be securely transmitted to third-party model providers solely for generating output.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The original developers of the open-source Postiz software (Gitroom Limited and Gitroom LLC) are entirely indemnified and hold no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this private instance.
